What is the highest level Hilton member? ›

Diamond. The top tier in the Hilton Honors program is Diamond, which provides all of the Gold benefits, as well as: 100% points bonus: Diamond members earn a 100% bonus on all stays, taking home 10 extra points per dollar spent (20 points total) or 5 additional points at the Home2 Suites brand.

Annual allotment of room nights

Each eligible Team Member can book and / or use up to 30 room nights per calendar year under Team Member rates and up to 70 room nights per calendar year under Family & Friends rates, for a total of 100 room nights per calendar year.

Gold Hilton Honors Members Receive: Complimentary WiFi. Two bottles of water per stay. Choice of either 1,000 My Way points or a $15 Daily Food & Beverage Credit per person (valid for up to two registered guests), for each night of your stay.

How many Points do I need for a free night? Free nights can be redeemed for as few as 5,000 Points per night and no more than 95,000 Points per night for a Standard Room. Select properties with specialty accommodations may require up to 150,000 Points per night for a Standard Room.

How to get Hilton Diamond status for life? ›

To be a Lifetime Diamond Member, you must earn Hilton Diamond status for 10 (non-consecutive) years and complete 1 additional milestone: Complete stays totaling 1,000 paid and reward nights.

Hilton Honors Membership Tiers. Members can earn and maintain Elite tier status based on stays, nights, or Base Points earned in any calendar year. A "calendar year" is understood to mean January 1st through - December 31st of each year. Members must re-qualify for Elite status each calendar year.

If you are an Owners Access or Owners Diamond member, you are also eligible for the Owners Rate (25% off BAR, available at every hotel globally until hotel is sold out). The Team Member and Owners Rate also include 50% off food and beverage at restaurants owned and operated by the hotel.

Hilton managed properties give annual raises based on your scoring on your annual review. Scaled 1-5, your score is the like percentage, ie if you score a 1, you will receive a 1% raise. There is guidelines on percentages of how many employees should score a 5 and so on.
